Rest & Reset Retreat
Mudgee, NSW
26-29 June
Rest is the most underused, chemical-free, safe & effective, alternative therapy available to us.
Saundra Dalton-Smith
You are invited to a sanctuary of rest and recovery – a space for you to slow down, realign and disconnect from the outside world. Inspired by the Yin element of life, this retreat honours nature’s call to pull back, to go inward, and recharge.
While Summer embodies the height of vibrant, active 'yang' energy, Winter represents its polar opposite. Spring epitomises the birth of new ideas and the initiation of projects. Summer is dedicated to action, achievement, adventure, and embracing life to its fullest. Autumn signals the beginning of a gradual winding down and the completion of projects.
But Winter is the season for respite and renewal.
The Offering
Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and join us for a rejuvenating 3-night, 4-day retreat nestled in the serene embrace of Mudgee. Set amidst picturesque landscapes, our retreat offers a sanctuary for those seeking solace and renewal.
We invite you to slow down, to pause, and to listen deeply to the whispers of your soul. Through fiery Yoga practices, you'll cultivate a deeper connection to your inner wisdom. Pamper yourself with time in the sauna followed by soothing minerals baths, allowing the healing powers of the elements to replenish your body and spirit.
Delight your senses with nourishing meals crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Our talented chefs will prepare delicious and wholesome dishes that not only fuel your body but also celebrate the flavours of the winter harvest.
Regulate your nervous system with nightly Yin and Yoga Nidra ceremonies and explore the power of stillness. We will give your brain a chance to switch off from the constant doing and allow yourself the chance to just ‘Be’. All whilst being held in the web of community with like-minded travellers.

Do I need to bring my Yoga mat?
You can if you like (I know I’m emotionally connected to my Lifeforme mat) but Zensi provides mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and pillows. No need to lug that all around.
What does the payment plan entail?
You will be required to pay your $500 deposit (non-refundable) to secure your spot. The rest of your payments will be split equally into three and the final payment will be made three weeks before the retreat. There is no fee for the payment plan.
How much do I have to participate?
This is totally up to you! Everything that is scheduled is just an offering and nothing is compulsory. If you want to attend everything, we’d love to guide you through it. If you want to just lie in the pool and read in the shala all day, joining us for Yin at night, that sounds like an incredible holiday. If you want to binge the latest season of Love is Blind in your villa all day and just join us for dinners, that’s perfect. Our invitation is for you to take what works and leave the rest.
Will I have to share accommodation?
All accommodation is shared, and we are committed to providing you with a stay that feels comfortable. We will do our best to house you with people similar in age and gender. Please let us know if there is someone you would like to share accommodation with and we will have that arranged.
