Before booking a session, we will have a complimentary 15-minute call to ensure that we are a good fit. This gives you an opportunity to meet me and ask any questions you may have about the process. This also gives me an opportunity to briefly understand what you are struggling with and where I may be able to help.
There is no obligation to book a session afterwards. We may find that I am not a suitable fit and you would be better served working with another therapist in which case I am happy to offer a referral.
