Psychotherapy is typically a long-term process, often spanning several months or longer, allowing the space needed to unravel complex emotions, heal past wounds, and make lasting changes. By engaging consistently over time, the therapeutic container provides a secure space for growth and transformation at a steady, sustainable pace.

  • Get clarity on how your past is showing up in the present and what unconscious beliefs are being acted out and reinforced

  • Learn new tools to manage conflict, self-regulate, communicate and show up to life fully present no matter the circumstances

  • Live life led by intuition and clarity

  • Get clear about who you want to be and what kind of life you want to live

  • Let go of people pleasing and be led by your own desires and goals

  • Be masterful in your communication and stay grounded in high-intensity situations

  • Understand your trauma and move through it

How do I know I’m ready?
You’re ready for therapy when you feel a genuine desire to dive deep into your emotions, patterns, and experiences, and when you're prepared to commit to long-term work. I work best with clients who are deeply committed to their own growth and healing. If you are feeling pressure from a loved one to seek support but aren't personally ready or willing to engage in the process, I encourage you to wait until you feel truly motivated to take this step for yourself. Lasting change comes when the journey is one you choose wholeheartedly.
