By engaging consistently over time, the therapeutic container provides a secure space for growth and transformation at a steady, sustainable pace.

Let go of people pleasing and be led by your own desires and goals
Be masterful in your communication and stay grounded in high-intensity situations

How do I know I’m ready?
You’re ready for therapy when you feel a genuine desire to dive deep into your emotions, patterns, and experiences, and when you're prepared to commit to long-term work. I work best with clients who are deeply committed to their own growth and healing. If you are feeling pressure from a loved one to seek support but aren't personally ready or willing to engage in the process, I encourage you to wait until you feel truly motivated to take this step for yourself. Lasting change comes when the journey is one you choose wholeheartedly.

$185 per session or
Package One: 10 sessions for $1,750
Package Two: 15 sessions for $2,550
